You can purchase with a guest or registered account.

If you are a registered member, you can access your account, save the information you need when placing an order, make purchases conveniently.

If you ordered as a guest, you can search the order by entering the order number and order inquiry password.

Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Worldwide delivery takes 7 to 15 business days, and delivery may be delayed depending on location and availability.

We are using EMS as our shipping company.

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail as soon as your order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched an E-mail will be sent to you that will allow you to track each step of your delivery.

The standard international shipping fee is USD 40.

We do free shipping over USD 350.



Return will be available within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product.

Items you wish to return must be returned within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order.

Returns outside of this limit will only be accepted by our discretion.

Returned items must be eligible for return and will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included but you can keep the TERRYIT’s thank you card.



If for some reason TERRYIT doesn’t fit just right please E-mail us with your order number, item/s, and size and we will do our best to exchange your size where stock is available.

In case of your item is faulty (i.e. received defective or damaged), please contact our customer care team. (needyou@terryit.com)

Please note that a thorough inspection will proceed before shipping.
All sales and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanged items will be dispatched on business days. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send an e-mail to you indicating your shipment’s tracking details which allows you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

In terms of Free shipping, the customer is in charge of a round trip shipping fee when do return.

Please note return postage for returns or exchanges is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend you use a service that offers tracking to avoid any problems. TERRYIT is not responsible for the loss or damage of items in transit.
